Rapid Web Services follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. If you choose to get in touch with us through our online contact form then we will only send the data from within the form if you have explicitly ticked the consent checkbox located within the form. The data is processed over HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) which encrypts the form submission data from the website, to the server and back again. The data processed from the form is then emailed to contact@rapidweb.biz which 4 people within the organisation receive. This is to ensure we can respond as quickly as possible to the person who has made the enquiry. We do not store your data other than receiving it as an email. We do not use this data in relation to third party processors.

We keep your data within the email that is received until we no longer deem it necessary to keep it on record.  Upon request we can completely remove this data from our records and / or hand this data over to you. Please contact our Data Protection Officer to request this.

Sharing information with affiliates and other third parties


We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to affiliates that provide services to us with regards to our Website (i.e. payment processors, Website hosting companies, etc.); such affiliates will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and will be bound by confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information.

Google Analytics data collection


We use Google Analytics to track visitors to this website. From this tracking we can see how visitors use our website through tracking page visits as well as how many users we have on the website.

Google Analytics does not store personal information that will easily identify who you are. The following data is stored against a unique visit to the website:

  • A unique client ID that is stored as a cookie within the user’s browser. This is a randomly generated string that is used to determine subsequent visits within the same browser.
  • IP address (this tracking can be turned off – see below)
  • Geographical location
  • Device you are using to browse the website
  • Internet browser that is being used
  • Operating system that is being used

You can tailor your experience in regards to how your visit to the website interacts with Google Analytics, with the following options. Please note that configuring these options will mean placing a cookie on the device you are using to allow us to remember the choice you have made for any subsequent visits to the website.

We retain the right to collect and use any Non Personal Information collected from your use of our Website and aggregate such data for internal analytics that improve our Website and Service as well as for use or resale to others. At no time is your Personally Identifiable Information included in such data aggregations.
